Mehboob Ali Nazarani, M.D.

Mehboob Ali Nazarani, M.D. is a Board-Certified Adult Psychiatrist with nearly three decades of clinical experience. After completing his residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston in 1997, he served as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry until 2005. In 2004, he founded Everhealth, which has since expanded to multiple locations across Texas. During this time, he began treating children and adolescents—an area in which he now has over 20 years of dedicated experience. He provides comprehensive care for a broad range of psychiatric conditions—including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and more—ensuring patients receive personalized, evidence-based treatment.

Dr. Nazarani also holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Rice University and completed a Visiting Fellowship in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) at Duke University Medical Center, bringing innovative treatment options to Everhealth’s patients. His practice emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based care, with a strong focus on leveraging technology to deliver streamlined, high-quality services. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, hiking, spending time with his family, and exploring the latest innovations in AI to enhance patient outcomes. His core mission remains helping each patient achieve an improved quality of life through accessible and effective mental health care.

Patrick Klepfer, PA-C

Patrick Klepfer, PA-C

Patrick Klepfer, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant with more than 12 years of dedicated experience in mental health—all of which he has spent at Everhealth. He provides compassionate, high-quality care for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, and treats a wide range of conditions, including depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and anxiety.

Known for his reliability and supportive, patient-centered approach, Patrick believes in partnering closely with each individual to identify effective treatment options and foster lasting well-being. Outside of the clinic, he stays active by working out, and exploring the outdoors with his family. His holistic perspective on mental health and his dedication to ongoing learning make him a trusted part of the Everhealth team.

Kimberly Q. Ngo, PA-C

Kimberly Q. Ngo, PA-C

Kimberly Q. Ngo, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant with 13 years of clinical experience, including the past 7 years in psychiatry at Everhealth. She cares for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, treating a broad spectrum of mental health conditions. Kimberly has a particular interest in helping patients manage schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and ADHD, and she tailors her treatment approach to each individual’s unique needs.

Believing in a comprehensive model of care, Kimberly often integrates non-pharmacologic strategies—such as therapy and lifestyle recommendations—alongside medication. Known for her thorough, reliable manner, she places a strong emphasis on patient collaboration, ensuring each person feels comfortable and involved in their own treatment plan. Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family, baking cakes and pastries, traveling, and gardening.

Monica Contreras, PA-C

Monica Contreras, PA-C

Monica Contreras, PA-C is an NCCPA-certified Physician Assistant with a multidisciplinary background in psychiatry and internal medicine. Holding a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies, a Master of Arts in Psychology, and a graduate certificate in Applied Biomedical Informatics, Monica blends clinical expertise with technological insight to provide comprehensive mental health care.

After years in a fast-paced hospital environment, she was drawn to Everhealth by the understanding—echoed by Dr. David Satcher, the 16th U.S. Surgeon General—that “there is no health without mental health.” Today, Monica works closely with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults to empower them on their journey toward better mental health. She is dedicated to helping patients discover their own resilience and believes in compassionately guiding individuals to make each day a step toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Outside of her clinical practice, Monica enjoys outdoor activities, reading, and exploring new ways to integrate innovative technology into patient-centered care.

Suzie Lee, PA-C

Suzie Lee, PA-C

Suzie Lee, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant who earned her master’s degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in 2014. After gaining three years of experience in cardiology, she transitioned to mental health, where she has practiced for over five years. Suzie specializes in treating depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, and ADHD, and she is particularly passionate about helping patients feel comfortable discussing their mental health concerns without stigma.

Known for her compassionate, soft-spoken demeanor and reliability, Suzie is dedicated to working collaboratively with individuals of all ages to find effective treatment options. Outside of her clinical practice, she enjoys traveling with her family and reading books.

Wei Liu, PA-C

Wei Liu, PA-C

Wei Liu, PA-C is a dedicated mental health professional with over seven years of clinical experience. She earned a PhD in Molecular Biology from Ohio University and spent five years in pre-clinical research before pursuing her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at Arcadia University in Philadelphia. At Everhealth, Wei provides integrative, patient-centered care for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, offering comprehensive treatment strategies that may include medication management, therapy recommendations, and lifestyle modifications.

Known for her reliability and commitment to patient well-being, Wei emphasizes collaboration, ensuring each individual receives tailored support suited to their unique needs. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with her two children.
