Evidence-based process.
Every evaluation follows standardized clinical guidelines. Before your first appointment, you complete intake assessments online so your time with your provider is spent understanding your needs and building a treatment plan, not filling out paperwork.
Your care team.
Your evaluation is conducted by an experienced PA who works under the guidance of Dr. Nazarani. Our providers follow evidence-based clinical guidelines developed and reviewed by the psychiatrist, and they are supported by ongoing training, consultation, and oversight.
Psychiatrist oversight.
Dr. Nazarani reviews every new patient treatment plan and remains actively involved in clinical decisions across the practice. Specialized services like TMS are evaluated and managed directly by the psychiatrist.
We accept most major insurance plans including Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Medicare, Medicaid/CHIP, Tricare, Devoted Health, Wellcare, and Wellpoint. Self-pay rates are also available.

Your first visit is a thorough, structured evaluation. Your provider reviews your history, discusses your concerns, and works with you to develop a clear diagnosis and treatment plan. Most patients leave their first appointment with a working plan in place.

Not Responding to Medication?
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is an FDA-cleared, non-medication treatment option for depression, OCD, and related conditions. Treatment is delivered in our office, requires no anesthesia or sedation, and patients return to normal activity immediately after each session. TMS at Everhealth is evaluated and managed directly by Dr. Nazarani. We also offer a One-Day Accelerated TMS Protocol for patients who need a condensed treatment option. TMS therapy is available on site at our Tomball office.

I started Everhealth in 2004 to build psychiatric care that was comprehensive and evidence-based, but also efficient and cost-effective, with simplified processes and no sacrifices to quality. Every patient receives a structured evaluation from providers trained under my guidance, following clinical guidelines that I develop and review. I remain actively involved in clinical oversight across the practice. Twenty years and over 5,000 patients later, the model works.
