Evidence-based process.
Every evaluation follows standardized clinical guidelines. Before your first appointment, you complete intake assessments online so your time with your provider is spent understanding your needs and building a treatment plan, not filling out paperwork.
Your care team.
Your evaluation is conducted by an experienced PA who works under the guidance of Dr. Nazarani. Our providers follow evidence-based clinical guidelines developed and reviewed by the psychiatrist, and they are supported by ongoing training, consultation, and oversight.
Psychiatrist oversight.
Dr. Nazarani reviews every new patient treatment plan and remains actively involved in clinical decisions across the practice. Specialized services like TMS are evaluated and managed directly by the psychiatrist.
We accept most major insurance plans including Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Medicare, Medicaid/CHIP, Tricare, Devoted Health, Wellcare, and Wellpoint. Self-pay rates are also available.

Your first visit is a thorough, structured evaluation. Your provider reviews your history, discusses your concerns, and works with you to develop a clear diagnosis and treatment plan. Most patients leave their first appointment with a working plan in place.

A Message from Dr. Nazarani
I started Everhealth in 2004 to build psychiatric care that was comprehensive and evidence-based, but also efficient and cost-effective, with simplified processes and no sacrifices to quality. Every patient receives a structured evaluation from providers trained under my guidance, following clinical guidelines that I develop and review. I remain actively involved in clinical oversight across the practice. Twenty years and over 5,000 patients later, the model works.

Visit Our Lufkin Office
Your first visit at our Lufkin office
Your initial psychiatric evaluation takes place at our Lufkin office. You meet with your provider via televideo, a secure video connection with an experienced psychiatric PA. A dedicated staff member is on site to welcome you, assist with check-in, verify your ID, take baseline vitals, and support the intake process.
The in-office setting allows for a more thorough initial assessment than a fully remote visit. Baseline vitals, drug screening if applicable, and a structured clinical environment are all part of why we start with an in-office evaluation.
After your initial evaluation, follow-up appointments are conducted via telemedicine from your home.

Our Lufkin office serves patients across East Texas, including Lufkin, Nacogdoches, Rusk, Jacksonville, Crockett, Livingston, Center, Trinity, Groveton, Jasper, Woodville, Hemphill, and surrounding communities across Angelina, Nacogdoches, Cherokee, Houston, Polk, Shelby, Trinity, Jasper, Tyler, and Sabine counties.
Follow-up appointments are available via telemedicine for all patients located in Texas.
We also have offices in Houston, Tomball, and College Station.

Our One-Day Accelerated TMS Protocol condenses a full course of treatment into a single visit — ideal for patients traveling from the East Texas area. Treatment is delivered at our Tomball office and evaluated and managed directly by Dr. Nazarani.
