Electronic Communications (Text and Email)

Everhealth LLC may communicate with you via text message (SMS) or email for administrative and healthcare-related purposes, including appointment reminders, billing notices, or general information.

Text Messages (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages, we may send messages related to your care or general practice updates. Your mobile number and opt-in consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

If you no longer wish to receive text messages, you may request to opt out by contacting our office. Note that replying “STOP” may not automatically unsubscribe you, and further confirmation may be required.

  • Occasional newsletters and health-related updates.

Everhealth uses a HIPAA-compliant email system through Google Workspace, which is configured to protect your medical information when we send communications. However, standard email is not encrypted end-to-end, and we advise that you do not send sensitive or confidential health information via regular email unless instructed to use a secure method (such as an encrypted message link or patient portal).

You may unsubscribe from non-essential email communications (such as newsletters) at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the message or contacting our office.
