Everhealth's Response to COVID-19

At Everhealth, the safety of our patients, our staff, and our community is of the highest priority. We are closely monitoring the updates and guidance coming from various state and federal health agencies. Given the recent surge in the number of confirmed cases, we are extending our telehealth visits to all our patients indefinitely. We will continue to update you of any changes.

Please rest assured, despite the changes in the format of our office visits, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality care with continued professionalism and compassion. Please feel free to call the office with any questions or concerns.

For patients that are still coming to the office, we encourage you to utilize our telehealth options. Please call the office if you need any help. One of our friendly office staff will help you setup. For in-office patients, we have implemented the following safety measures:

• Only one patient is allowed in the waiting area at any given time.
• When you arrive, stay in your car and call the office. You will be called in when the staff is ready for you.
• Only one family member or care-giver can accompany a minor patient to the in-person visit.
• All providers, staff, patients and accompanying care-givers are required to wear a mask.
• Patients will have to clear a brief screening to rule out any possible risk before admission to the clinic.
• Staff will wear gloves and masks to complete any vital signs.
• All surfaces are being wiped with disinfectant after each visit.
• We humbly request that you please cooperate with the staff regarding the safety protocols.
